Who doesn’t love chips and salsa? Salsa is perfect w/ chips, over tacos, or w/ nachos. It’s great mixed w/ sour cream for a dip. I love it on eggs and omelets too. I also put it over my Spanish rice, or on my fajitas. I also love it on fresh fish or chicken to create Vera Cruz, and it’s fat free! Unlike pico de gallo, this salsa is processed in my food processor. It’s more like the consistency of salsa you’d get in a Mexican restaurant. This recipe is my go to salsa recipe and my family’s favorite.
►If you’d like to order, please reply no later than Tuesday, March 6th with how many quarts you’d like. When I have all the orders in, I will prepare and jar. I can deliver to a central location at a convenient time just as I did with the soup fundraiser.
$$$ Following this fundraiser, I will be selling homemade soup by the quart for a flat price per quart. If you order a minimum of 8 quarts (you can freeze or share), I can make you any flavor your ♥ desires. If not, I will prepare a few different flavors and give everyone those 2 choices to mix or match. All suggestions will be considered.
No Fat Ingredients: Tomatoes, mild green chilies, onions, garlic, seeded jalapeños, local honey, fresh cilantro, salt, cumin, fresh lime juice

I am Roxie the local girl fundraising to raise capitol for my new bistro, opening this spring. I have some capitol and have raised some capitol already. I still haven't met my goal, but I'm not far from it now. Thank you Salem for supporting a first time entrepreneur. Your purchases will help me achieve my dream. This business will be employing 3 people who are currently unemployed as well as enlisting high school and culinary arts students to work as interns through local schools such as Tech Prep Academy and Chemeketa Community College. These food items would make a great gift also. In addition to,the salsa and soup fundraisers I plan on selling my 'soon to be famous' BBQ sauce as well.

Picked up my Salsa today. Beat a hasty trail to Costo for a big bag of their wonderful Kirkland Tortilla Strips. Oh yeah! This is some fresh and flavorful Salsa.
