Willamette Burger Company Takeout

I had takeout from Willamette Burger Company for lunch today. I ordered the Aunt Jenny's Mushroom Burger, medium, and the iceberg wedge salad.

The burger was flavorful, but it was well done and a little dry for my taste. The mushrooms were thick-sliced and fresh though.


My iceberg salad was huge, but it barely had bacon on it.


I've had both of these things at WBC before and I remember them to be much better. I guess the burgers don't travel well.

When I had the salad last time, there was a generous serving of bacon, which pretty much makes the salad, because otherwise you just have bleu cheese and tomatoes and iceberg.

I will definitely be dining in next time as opposed to getting takeout.
