Cascade Baking Company is baking Gluten Free dinner rolls for Thanksgiving. Two rolls, one plain and the other Rosemary flavored. Rolls are packaged in 6-packs and are available Wednesday, November 23. Prices for gluten-free plain is $4.75/6-pack and $5.00/6-pack. Gluten-Free is pre-order only, and must be submitted no later than Monday 11/21.
The bakery is also providing 10 different types of dinner rolls and 8 different types of stuffing. French, Potato, and 100% Whole Wheat rolls sell for $4.20 per dozen or $.38 each. Rosemary, Onion and Multigrain Wheat sell for $4.80/dozen, or $.45 each. Finally, Pumpkin, Buttermilk Knots, Spelt, and Parsley rolls sell for $5.50/dozen or $.50 each.
Available stuffings include Traditional White, Country Wheat, French, Whole Wheat, Salem, Rustic Rye Sourdough, for $5.00 package. 100% Organic Sourdough Whole Wheat, and Spelt sell for $5.50 package. Orders for dinner rolls and stuffing are received until 6 p.m. Tuesday, November 22.
