What's Happening at Willamette Noodle Company

Celebrating 7 years in the business!

"We continue to have Noodle at Night hours on Fridays and Saturdays, and will continue to look for local talented musicians to feature during those times. We have fallen in LOVE with a few local boys forming a band called Calico Jack, and we hope to be able to have them here frequently - kind of like a house band! If you've heard them play you know why, and if you haven't then you need to! If you haven't come by to check us out during late night, it might just be what you've been looking for - a great place to continue conversations started after a movie or or other event, yummy noshes and tasty drinks too!

Again - we can't thank all of you enough for your support over the last 7 years, and we look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you!

I can't believe I almost forgot to tell you about our NEW ADDITIONS!!! We have another set of twins on our hands! TWIN KEGERATORS! :) (sorry Mom!) So we now have rotating LOCAL beers on tap here as well as at the Burger! Have a favorite? Let us know and we'll look in to adding it... We are currently working on finishing off our first keg of Snake Bite Porter from SilverMoon Brewery out of Bend, and we just tapped into our first keg from Lompoc in Portland - the ever popular SUPER HOPPY C-Note! Come on in and check them out! (We are the FIRST in Salem to have the Snake Bite!)"

Sincerely,
Janet & Robert

July Specials

Appetizer
Since we have added several new appetizers to our regular menu we decided to let YOU decide what you want to try. They are all delicious! Be sure to check out the new Pizzettes, risotto balls, polenta fries, hand breaded mozzarella sticks AND hand-made salmon cakes - all on the new appetizer list in the menu!

Cocktail
Tarragon-tini 7
We found this small batch distillery (SubRosa) making wonderful infusions with herbs, so we picked up their Tarragon Vodka and played! The tarragon flavor shines when mixed with a little ginger ale and a Citrus Twist!
