Socially Responsible Supply Chain Practices
Peter Truitt the owner of Truitt Bros in Salem, discusses the Northwest Sustainability Discovery tour. Peter believes that consumers are considering sustainability when making choices about what to eat. The interview talks about how changes are being made from the point food is grown to when it is served. By the way, NRA is for National Restaurant Association.
