Outdoor Dining in Salem Oregon

Our outdoor thermometer said 42 degrees.  So why was I sitting on the deck in my pajamas eating my weekend breakfast?  The sun was out!!  So what if I could see my breathe and had goose bumps!  Once the Spring Equinox passes, I can't wait to enjoy eating meals out on the deck.
Let us know if you think of more.)

DaVinci's and McGraths (downtown anyway) have limited outdoor seating also. Agree with Sarah that Thompsons has the best outdoor setting. Thompsons feels almost like a park or a friend's big backyard.

Salem Man, I'm so glad you stole this from me! I'd about given up ever getting the inspiration (warm sun) to return to the post and finish it. The Happy Hour crew enjoyed the outdoor seating at Jonathan's and heard there will soon be some at Andaluz. :>) N may get an opportunity soon.

Make your outdoor dining experience at Salem Saturday Market even more rewarding with the introduction of the Zero Waste Zone starting July 24. Beginning that date, all waste at the Market will either be composted or recycled. Oh, and did I mention that we will be forgoing plastic utensils in favor of actual silverware. And for those of you who were wondering what to do with all that unused silverware taking up valuable space in your drawers, Friends of Salem Saturday Market is gladly accepting all donations each Saturday at their booth. Bon Apetit!

How about the Alibi Inn in West Salem. We went yesterday and sat outside. The food was really, really good.

Anon 5/7, Thanks for the nudge. I've been meaning to try the Broasted Chicken at Alibi. Did it today. Good Chicken. Good Waffle Fries. Good service. Beautiful day.
