What's Your Sign? Look in the Fridge

Want to find out a lot about someone you know without having to ask too many questions? Take them out for a beer. A study by Mindset Media finds similar personality traits among beer drinkers based on preference of brand. For the whole story, read this article from Ad Age called "What Your Taste in Beer Says About You." The results of the study read a bit like an astrology report but they are backed up by data. For instance, my preferred beer, Budweiser is described like this;

Budweiser drinkers are 42% more likely to drive a truck than the average person, 68% more likely to choose a credit card with flexible payment terms and 42% more likely to use breath-freshening strips every day.

Truck...check, credit card...of course, breath freshening strips...huh?
