In the Kitchen with Fast Eddie's Pizza

Without giving away too many of their secrets, Fast Eddie demonstrates how to make Teriyaki Pizza in this Youtube video. I know this video is pretty much an ad for the business but it's somewhat informative. It's always fun to see how businesses are testing the waters of social networking.


Growing up in an Italian family, I wouldn't dare come back home from the pizza parlor with a teriyaki chicken pizza. I don't think we would buy a pie from a place that had teriyaki pizza on the menu. I think now, if I was at an event that had a bunch of pizzas, I might try a slice of this one. As long as my mother wasn't there.

  1. Fast Eddies makes fine pizza. They are a small local business and deserve to be supported. I recommend their lasagne as well if you love lots of sauce like me. As far as not wanting to eat there because they have "Teriyaki" pizza is rediculous. Pizza is more than Pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage. What about BBQ Chicken pizza? Pizza with clams? Pizza can be whatever you want it to be.

  2. They got the best pizza every!! The Teriyaki Pizza they have tastes so GOOD! I can't stop going there to get them! I've been going there every week now. They also have coupons on facebook so I use that sometimes as well. It's actually better than any other pizza places cuz I can just print out the coupons and use it as much as I want

  3. They have great pizza for the price. I have personally been eating it since they opened. I just brought two pizzas home for $21.00. Padingtons is probably the best, but I can get 2 pizzas for less than one at Pads. Sounds great to me!

  4. I just came back from Fast Eddie's Pizza. They usually close at 9PM but they were open becuase I went there right before they closed.
    I was surprised... Anyway, I was going to eat Pepperoni pizza like I alawys do, but then I saw a picture of Teriyaki Bowl on the wall which looked so nice. I ended up getting it for to go and I LOVE it. Just LOVE it.

  5. NOT JUST PIZZA...Housed in the same restaurant is Teriyaki Crew. The place was bright and clean. The counterperson/server was friendly and courteous. She came to my table minutes after I had begun and asked if everything was alright. I had the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Plate which also included a mound of steamed rice and cabbage topped with sliced cucumbers, raw baby carrots and raw broccoli. Teriyaki sauce (as well as Parmesan Cheese and pepper for the Pizza patrons) on the tables was a nice touch not always seen. The chicken was medium spicy but a little rubbery. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give it a six. All else was as it should be. I'll be back another day to try the "build it yourself, by-the-slice Pizza.
