Recently, I was given some information by the owners about the name of the new restaurant but promised not to say anything until they made it official. What I will tell you is that it's a great idea for that location and I believe it will be really popular. If you want to be the first to know the official word, you can sign up for their monthly email by clicking here. Here's some more info from a WNC press release.
Many folks around have noticed the freshened up look in the North Salem neighborhood along Broadway. The Grant / Highland area is coming right along with several new multi-use buildings springing out of the ground. While we didn't tear anything down and rebuild something brand spanking new, we have painted, scrubbed, ripped out and replaced several things inside to make sure it's in tip top shape for our new venture. As I mentioned above - I promise I will make the first public statement right here in YOUR in box... so make sure you stayed tuned!
We had a ton of fun with our live music over the summer... we will try to continue our live music on the plaza on Wednesdays as long as Mother Nature cooperates. For those of you that prefer inside dining, we have Bill Hughes playing for us on Thursday nights. We have JT Meier lined up to play on Wednesdays for the time being. Sorry for the delay in today's email, it's been a long, intense week and I handily forgot in my morning rush.
Sincerely,
Janet & Robert
Willamette Noodle Company
Because I promised not to release the info about the new restaurant I'm turning off the comments on this post. Sorry.
