Inn at Red Hills



Here's a video from Oregon's wine country in Dundee. It's a quick tour of the wine tasting room and restaurant at the new Inn at Red Hills. The restaurant is called Farm to Fork and according to their website, "All menus are fresh daily, and the ingredients are locally sourced within 200 miles of Dundee." Here's a link to the dinner menu. Rooms at the Inn start at $150 a night.

  1. Foodie alert: Last week The Oregonian published an update that Daniel Mondok (of Sel Gris & Genoa in Portland) is opening Harvest Inn in the "former Farm to Fork" site. This guy is a fabulous chef; the other interesting news is that one of the sommeliers had worked at Napa's French Laundry. Good food and wine in our future!

  2. UPDATE: Not sure how many of you read either Portland Monthly or the PDXEater food blog, but Here's the scoop (& link) on the new restaurant going into the Farm to Fork location in Dundee. The name will be Paulée, and it's expected to open in April.
