Our original goal was to taste ciders at Wandering Aengus Ciderworks . We were unable to get their phone number from directory assistance (we were on the road), but I had a recollection that there is a family connection between BH Vineyard and WA Ciderworks. The vineyard's number WAS available via directory assistance. When we called to get the number for Wandering Aengus, Bethel Heights helpfully informed us that since the ciderworks is rarely open for tastings the vineyard offers tastings of the cider. A two for one!
The view was treat enough, but their wines were wonderful and if you love apples - the tart and the sweet - you'll love the cider made by Wandering Aengus. Absolutely delightful on the tastebuds!
